The first tiebreaker for draft position is strength of schedule (lower SOS gets the higher pick in round 1).
After SOS, the next tie-breakers are conference record and division record. After that it comes down to a coin flip.

Note that the Rams own the Redskins' 1st round pick as a result of the RGIII trade.

Notes:
  • Note that the order has been modified to ensure that the 12 "playoff" teams as of week 15 are given draft slots 21-32
  • The first 20 picks are set, no coin flips will be necessary to finalize who is picking where for the first 20 picks of the 2013 NFL Draft. The Jets and Titans do have the same strength of schedule, but the Titans' superior conference record breaks that tie in favor of the Jets.
  • Draft slots 21-24 will go to the losers of this weekend's playoff games. Slots 25-28 will go to the losers of the divisional round. Slots 29 and 30 to the championship game losers. Slot 31 will go to the loser of the Super Bowl and the defending champion will get slot 32. This is why the playoff teams are currently in italics, as this order will likely change.
