The first tiebreaker for draft position is strength of schedule (lower SOS gets the higher pick in round 1).
After SOS, the next tie-breakers are conference record and division record. After that it comes down to a coin flip.

Note that the Rams own the Redskins' 1st round pick as a result of the RGIII trade.

Notes:
  • The first 30 picks are set, and no coin flips will be necessary to finalize any picks. The Jets and Titans do have the same strength of schedule, but the Titans' superior conference record breaks that tie in favor of the Jets.
  • Draft slot 31 will go to the loser of the Super Bowl and the defending champion will get slot 32. This is why the still-alive playoff teams are currently in italics, as this order could change.
