A Look Ahead to Week 17:
As this is the last week of the season, we'll look at each game, and how it affects the playoff race:

Sunday 1:00 PM games:
Carolina at Atlanta - If Carolina wins this game, they win the NFC South and lock in at least a first round bye.
Baltimore at Cincinnati - A Cincinnati win guarantees them no worse than the 3 seed, and they could bump up to the 2 seed if New England stumbles. Baltimore needs help to get in either way, but they need substantially less help with a win here.
Houston at Tennessee - This game has no effect on the playoff picture.
Jacksonville at Indianapolis - Indianapolis could jump up to the 3 seed with a win and a Bengals loss, or the 2 seed with a win, a Bengals loss, and a Patriots loss.
New York Jets at Miami - Miami is in the playoffs with a win and either a Ravens loss or a Chargers win.
Detroit at Minnesota - This game has no effect on the playoff picture.
Washington at New York Giants - This game has no effect on the playoff picture.
Cleveland at Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh can make the playoffs with a win plus a Dolphins loss, a Ravens loss, and a Chargers loss.

Sunday 4:25 PM games:
Green Bay at Chicago - Winner wins the NFC North (and either the 3 or 4 seed), loser is out of the playoffs.
Buffalo at New England - The Patriots lock in at least a first round bye with a win, and if Denver loses, they would get home field throughout the playoffs.
Denver at Oakland - Denver gets home field advantage with a win or a Patriots loss.
Tampa Bay at New Orleans - New Orleans is in the playoffs with a win or a Cardinals loss. The Saints would win the NFC South (and a first round bye) with a win and a Panthers loss.
San Francisco at Arizona - Arizona can make the playoffs with a win and a Saints loss. The 49ers would win the NFC West (and at least a first-round bye) with a win and a Seattle loss.
St. Louis at Seattle - Seattle secures home field advantage with a win or a 49ers loss.
Kansas City at San Diego - San Diego makes the playoffs with a win and both a Dolphins and a Ravens loss.

Sunday 8:30 PM game:
Philadelphia at Dallas - Winner wins the NFC East (and either the 3 or 4 seed), loser is out of the playoffs.
