The first tiebreaker for draft position is strength of schedule (lower SOS gets the higher pick in round 1).
After SOS, the next tie-breakers are conference record and division record. After that it comes down to a coin flip.
* designates teams who would determine the higher pick between them via a coin flip.

Notes:
  • The order has been modified to ensure that the 12 playoff teams are given draft slots 21-32.
  • If not for leading their division and thus being in playoff position, the Carolina Panthers would be drafting 14th overall, instead of 21st.
  • No coin flips will be necessary to determine draft order
  • The draft order is set for picks 1 through 20. Picks 21-24 will go to the four teams who lose in the wild card round of the NFL playoffs. Picks 25-28 will go to the four teams who lose in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. Picks 29 and 30 will go to the teams that lose their respective conference championship. Pick 31 will go to the loser of the Super Bowl and pick 32 will go to the Super Bowl champion.
  • Buffalo's first round pick belongs to Cleveland as a result of a 2014 draft day trade that netted the Bills Sammy Watkins.
