ATLANTA (+5) over Seattle
I'm still taking Seattle to win the game, but after those performances against the Rams and Bucs, I'm fully expecting it to be a nail-biter.
CHICAGO (Even) over Detroit
Jay Cutler is supposed to play, and Detroit doesn't travel very well.
GREEN BAY (Even) over Philadelphia
I'm legitimately shocked that Green Bay didn't bring Matt Flynn in as soon as he cleared waivers, but Eddie Lacy should be enough for Green Bay to squeak this one out.
TENNESSEE (-12) over Jacksonville
Jacksonville needs turnovers and short fields to stay in the game, Tennessee will provide them neither of these things.
INDIANAPOLIS (-9.5) over St. Louis
Andrew Luck >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kellen Clemens.
Oakland (+7.5) over NEW YORK GIANTS
Giants win, but that's just too many points.
Buffalo (+3) PITTSBURGH
EJ Manuel coming back plus the better defense = a win for Buffalo.
BALTIMORE (+1) over Cincinnati
With Cincinnati's injuries on defense, this game is more of a toss up than it should be. Add in Baltimore's desperation (if they lose this they're not making the playoffs), and I'm smelling another upset.
Carolina (+6) over SAN FRANCISCO
San Francisco wins, but this battle of strong defenses will be closer than this spread.
Denver (-7) over SAN DIEGO
I'm not buying that the Chargers are ready to hang with the big boys in their division.
ARIZONA (-2.5) over Houston
NEW ORLEANS (-6.5) over Dallas
The Saints tend to rebound well in front of their home crowd. And Dallas' defense is not good right now.
TAMPA BAY (+1) over Miami
The Bucs get off the schneid against a team that's a) been put through the meat grinder this week, and b) is missing the entire left side of their offensive line.
This week: 0-1 (d'oh!)
Last week: 6-7 (.462)
2013 season: 56-74-3 (.432)
