The NCAA Tournament is underway! And it's already over for Alabama State center Chief Kickingstallionsims and his teammates. It's unfortunate, but when your team scores 18 points in a half (and you're not a member of the Big Ten), you're not sticking around for very long. Big Chief didn't help much on that front, putting up a giant goose-egg in the box score. He's definitely still on the 2009 NCAA 1st team all name team, if it's any consolation.
Now the Morehead State team is facing 2 absolute facts:
1) They get to tell their grandkids that they won a tournament game
2) They get to be sacrificed at the altar by Louisville on Friday
If I were a player on a small school team, I would take that trade in a heartbeat.
